2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use TeleBot Host services for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or abusive. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

2.1 Illegal Content or Activity

  • Hosting content that violates any applicable law
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors
  • Terrorism-related content, extremist propaganda, or promotion of violence
  • Distribution of copyrighted material without permission (DMCA violations)

2.2 Malware, Hacking & Abuse

  • Malware, ransomware, trojans, stealers, or any harmful code
  • Phishing pages, fake login pages, or credential harvesting
  • Botnets, DDoS tools, or unauthorized penetration testing tools
  • Crypto drainers, wallet stealers, or scam bots

2.3 Fraud & Misleading Content

  • Scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive activities
  • Fake investment, gambling, or “quick money” schemes
  • Impersonating companies, brands, or individuals

2.4 Harassment & Abuse

  • Harassing, abusive, or threatening content
  • Targeted attacks or doxxing
  • Promoting self-harm or encouraging violence

2.5 Spam & Automated Abuse

  • Mass messaging, unsolicited promotions, spam bots
  • Traffic manipulation or fake engagement
  • Any activity violating Telegram’s Terms of Service

2.6 Resource Misuse

  • Creating excessive load on our systems
  • Bypassing rate limits or resource limits
  • Running background processes not intended for bot hosting

3. User Responsibilities

By using TeleBot Host, you agree to:

  • Ensure your content and bots comply with all applicable laws
  • Secure your bot tokens, API keys, and login credentials
  • Report security issues or abuse immediately
  • Regularly monitor your bots to prevent misuse

4. Enforcement & Actions

We may take action at our discretion if this AUP is violated, including:

  • Warning or temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Immediate removal of violating content
  • IP blocking or service restrictions
  • Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement

For severe violations (such as CSAM, terrorism, malware), we will take immediate action without prior notice.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you discover content or behavior violating this AUP, please report it immediately. Provide as much detail as possible, including:

  • Bot username or link
  • Screenshots or evidence
  • Description of the violation
  • Your contact details (optional)
