1. Introduction

Welcome to TeleBot Host ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our TBL bot hosting platform, web tools, and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, connecting a bot, or using our Services in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. We may update or modify these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be barred from using the Services under any applicable laws

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to register an account using your Telegram credentials or other supported methods. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain and promptly update your information as necessary
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that appears to be compromised, inactive, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not, and must not allow others to, use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Host, share, or distribute malicious software, malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in spam, phishing, scams, or fraudulent activities
  • Host or facilitate content involving hacking tools, credential theft, or illegal access
  • Host or promote content related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism, or other extremely harmful or unlawful activities
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others or encourage others to do so
  • Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the integrity or performance of our infrastructure or third-party services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

We may investigate suspected violations and may immediately suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report certain activities (especially illegal or abusive content) to relevant authorities. Abuse reports can be sent to abuse@telebothost.com.

5. Service Limitations and Availability

Our Services are provided with reasonable efforts but are not guaranteed to be available at all times. You understand and agree that:

  • We may impose fair usage limits (such as on bandwidth, storage, or compute resources)
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice
  • Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our control
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers (Telegram, hosting partners, payment gateways, etc.)

We may offer "beta" or experimental features which may be unstable or changed at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to software, code, designs, branding, logos, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of TeleBot Host and its licensors.

6.2 Your Bots and Content

You own the bots, scripts, and content you create and upload to the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, run, store, and process your content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

6.3 Trademarks

"TeleBot Host" and associated logos are our trademarks or service marks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

7. Payments and Billing

Certain features of the Services may be offered as paid or premium plans. By purchasing such services, you agree that:

  • You will pay all applicable fees described on our pricing or subscription pages
  • Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable
  • We may change our pricing and plans at any time, with notice where required
  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, and their terms may also apply.

8. Termination and Suspension

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or other applicable policies
  • Your account is used for illegal or abusive activities
  • You fail to pay for paid Services when required
  • We decide, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the Services or your access to them

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may retain certain logs or data as required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention purposes, even after account closure.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
  • WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUT

Use of the Services is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring backups of your own data and bots.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEBOT HOST AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA OR CONTENT

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeleBot Host, its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your infringement or violation of any third-party right
  • Any content or bots you deploy, host, or manage via the Services

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. You are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to your use of the Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as displaying a banner in the dashboard or sending an email).

Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
